Last updated: June 16, 2026

1. Overview

Fuez AI ("Fuez," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, use our application, or interact with our services (collectively, the "Service").

This policy applies to account holders, workspace members, website visitors, and individuals who communicate with us. It should be read together with our Cookie Policy and Data Policy.

2. Who We Are

Fuez AI is the data controller for personal information described in this policy, except where we process data on behalf of a customer as a processor (see our Data Policy for Customer Data in workspaces).

4. Sources of Information

We collect information directly from you when you register, use the Service, connect integrations, or contact us.

We also receive information from workspace administrators who invite you, from third-party authentication or integration providers you authorize, from payment processors, and from analytics and security vendors that help us operate the Service.

5. How We Use Information

We use personal information for the following purposes, depending on your relationship with us and applicable law:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and personalize the Service.
  • Authenticate users, enforce security, and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Process subscriptions, invoices, and account-related communications.
  • Run AI features you request, including agent sessions and workflow automation.
  • Analyze usage to improve performance, reliability, and product design.
  • Send service announcements, security alerts, and administrative messages.

7. AI & Automated Processing

When you use AI agents, prompts and relevant workspace content may be transmitted to model providers to generate outputs. We do not use your private workspace content to train public foundation models without your explicit consent or a separate enterprise agreement.

Automated processing may include classification, routing, moderation, and recommendation features. You may contact us if you have questions about automated decisions that significantly affect you.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and security vendors under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Integration partners: when you enable a connection, subject to your authorization.
  • Workspace members: content you share within a workspace is visible to other authorized members.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice where required.
  • Legal & safety: to comply with law, enforce terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
  • With your consent: when you direct us to share information.

9. International Data Transfers

Fuez is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S. and other countries where we or our providers operate.

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms for cross-border transfers.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Retention periods vary by data type. Workspace content is retained according to your plan and deletion requests. Backup copies may persist for a limited period before being overwritten.

  • Account data: retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.
  • Billing records: retained as required for tax and accounting laws.
  • Security logs: typically retained for 12–24 months unless a longer period is needed for investigation.

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact privacy@fuez.ai and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No system is completely secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

You are responsible for securing your credentials and configuring workspace permissions appropriately.
